According to the CIPD book (2006) The Case for Coaching, nine in ten organisations use coaching by line managers. The use of line manager coaching and external coaching is anticipated to continue to grow.
At Ascentia we offer two coaching programmes. The first is a two day, plus one day follow up aimed at building core coaching confidence and capability. The second is a 12 month long programme focusing on embedding a coaching culture and creating an internal coaching pool.

Through a web based system known as Assess, we are able to support our client companies along the journey from identifying success led competency frameworks through to delivering a company specific integrated suite of selection, development, assessment and performance management reports. Dependant on the applications, behaviorally based competency models plus the facility to run on-line integrated reports can be rigorously developed in a matter of weeks rather than many months.
