David MiskiminDavid is an accredited coach, consultant and trainer with extensive coaching experience of working at CEO/Senior Executive level across a wide range of industries, both in the UK and internationally.
 

This gives him the ability to view issues from many perspectives, to understand his clients’ situations and work with them to clarify purpose, direction and action. He holds an ILM endorsed Executive and Corporate Coach Advanced Diploma and is committed to lifelong learning.

David has an approach that is both structured and adaptive. He is particularly skilled in identifying conflicts between personal and organisational effectiveness. He uses a ‘toolbox’ approach to coaching, believing that while certain presented needs may seem similar, no one method fits all, and can change tactics when required. His coaching methods can be supported by diagnostic psychometrics, 360 approaches and gaining detailed clarity over outcomes. Clients discover he is highly effective in supporting, challenging, stretching and developing them, so that they become generative in their subsequent growth.

David is also a successful author of the book “The Coaching Parent”.
