Joy’s corporate career was primarily with BT plc and Dun & Bradstreet. She held a variety of line management positions within Finance, Procurement and HR. In both organisations she played key roles in change initiatives and company-wide re-engineering projects. During her time with BT she was specially selected for an extensive programme in Coach/Trainer/Facilitator development and she worked as an internal Change Management Consultant regularly coaching directors and working closely with the MD and senior board. This gave her a high level of understanding of the business imperatives facing leaders as well as the skills to help them rise to the challenges that confront them. Because of her depth of experience, she rapidly establishes credibility with leaders.
Having set up independently 16 years ago, Joy has been a highly successful coach. She has worked in many global, multi-cultural settings including GSK, Johnson &Johnson, KPMG, BT, Atkins, , John Lewis, DSGi, Shell, Tesco, Harley-Davidson, Transport for London, Blackwell’s, Molnlycke Healthcare, Skandia, Dun & Bradstreet and Nielsen.
