Andrew Gudgeon photo Andy gained strategic, operational and international leadership, management and project management experience working in small, medium and large multinational, simple and complex, pharmaceutical organisations. His business experience was within six main contexts of leadership and management, project management, identifying talent, developing talent, technical specialism and consultancy thus enriching his coaching practice. He works with clients in a rounded and well informed way whatever context they are working in, or wish to work in.

Clients

In the public sector, this has included many people from the Senior Civil Service including one Permanent Secretary of State, several CEOs, Board level Directors and a great number of Senior Managers. In the private sector people he has coached, several CEOs, Board Members, Directors, Senior Managers, Middle Managers, Project Managers and Specialists. As many clients have been members of global companies, many have been based in mainland Europe, North and South America, South Africa, the Middle East and Pakistan.
