Annie Richardson photo Annie is an executive coach with an extensive corporate background. Most of her work is senior level one to one coaching, often working with multiple members of a management team. An experienced coach renowned for connecting quickly with people and forming transformational coaching partnerships. She has a flair for working with senior executives and works primarily with people on performance effectiveness. Annie also enjoys facilitating groups. She has designed and delivered coaching skills workshops as part of organisations initiatives to adopt a coaching culture.
