Background / Experience

Christine K Champion photoChristine’s early career was in retailing with M & S and Storehouse, holding senior operations and buying roles. Christine developed a parallel career with the Business School at Oxford Brookes University, where she is currently leading the set up of the International Centre for Coaching & Leadership Development. Building on her diverse sector experience and the key theme of developing talent within organisations, Christine moved fully into leadership development and executive coaching in 2002. Christine has extensive business experience working in a range of organisations and sectors, where the development of the potential in the people has always been a passion. She very much sees coaching as a tool situated at the heart of organisational strategy.
