Background / Experience

Clare Burgum photoClare has a 13 year corporate background in Information Technology, Consulting and Professional Services, where she developed experience in: project management; identifying and developing talent; recruiting and deploying consulting resource; and managing people (including technical specialists, project managers, consultants and line managers).

Clare coaches individuals to develop as leaders, enhance performance and develop their teams. She has particular experience in helping to achieve authentic career development and successful navigation of change and transition.

As a professional coach and facilitator, she is passionate about developing individuals as leaders, and supporting them through the associated personal and professional transitions.

Since becoming an independent consultant, Clare has delivered a variety of individual coaching and group programmes developing leaders, their careers and their teams, all using coaching as the foundation. She applies an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to help her clients be more authentic, enhance leadership behaviours and optimise performance.

Clare also has extensive experience of coaching individuals and teams through: career transition; managing the personal impact of organisational change; and leading others through change and transition.
