Coaching Project Management

We are often contracted by organisations to run larger scale programmes, whether it is for management teams within an organisation or for a cross section of a management population. In the design of the coaching programme we include:

briefing and scoping documents for coaches, coachees and organisational sponsors as appropriate
factoring in agreed evaluation processes
regular feedback sessions for coaches and organisational sponsors
a detailed project plan with:
- project specification
- milestones
- clear accountabilities
- budgetary control
- coaching diary
- performance achievement

We have an outstanding Director of Operations. It is this capability which has been publicly acknowledged by our clients as significantly enhancing the successful running of projects and providing outstanding operational client feedback. Our Director of Operations also oversees our Quality approach and we have received the highest level of international quality award, the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Mark for the Design and Delivery of Innovative Organisational Learning and Development Coaching programmes to Company Senior Management.

We typically provide a lead coach for projects of this nature and this would normally be Sandra Henson the Managing Director of Ascentia who has significant experience in this area. Sandra would work with the Project Team to finalise the process plan and feedback to the project team on a regular basis.

A dedicated website can be created for the client for the project team to view progress and updates.
