Background / Experience

Damian Walsh photoFollowing two years in the City with a top four chartered Accounting and Management Consulting firm at the outset of his career, Damian acquired fifteen years broad experience in international commerce. He has lived and worked in Europe. It was Damian’s specialist work in organisational development and corporate re-engineering through business process transformation and multicultural change programmes (which he has headed up in many countries across Europe, Asia and the Far East) that ultimately lead him in to the world of full time professional coaching. Damian has senior level experience in FMCG sector – marketing, procurement, finance and OD.

Qualifications

Damian’s work focuses on executive coaching, leadership programmes, talent and high performance development, organisational change consulting, group development facilitation; character work, and work-life transition and fulfillment.

Other Interests

Other interests include piano (grade 8), portrait painting, sailing, and running a four acre vineyard smallholding with his wife. He has three school-age children. Damian also has working ‘fluid’ knowledge of French and German.
