Diane Vere photoDiane is a highly experienced Management Consultant and qualified Executive Coach. She has special expertise in coaching the development and implementation of business strategy through performance management systems to improve customer service/business profitability and to achieve cultural change. Diane has had a varied and successful commercial career over 20 years to Director level with international blue chip companies including Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Biotechnology Management Consultancy and Retail.

She has extensive line management experience in a variety of UK and international roles (including sales, marketing, PR/advertising and company wide project management). As well as coaching senior executives for higher performance as individuals and in teams, Diane tutors for Linkage International for their Executive Coaching Master Class and for London Business School where she coaches MBA students.

Diane’s coaching work includes helping leaders and senior managers to develop their vision and strategy and then implement it through their direct reports and teams throughout the business.

Diane’s coaching clients include senior executives in a number of diverse sectors including Retail, Agrochemicals, Utilities, Professional Services and Public sector.

Qualifications

Diane is a linguist by background and has a BSC (Hons.) in French and Russian with German subsidiary language. She has an acute awareness and understanding of cultural difference having had significant experience of managing international assignments mainly in Europe and USA but also involving people from all over the world.
