Background / Experience

Laura Toveyphoto Laura is an experienced and qualified Corporate Executive Coach with fifteen years experience in financial services and management consulting. Laura has held divisional, global and European positions in Leadership and Organisation Development at Goldman Sachs and Barclays. In management consulting, Laura led leadership development and consulting projects for a wide range of European clients, including British Petroleum, Ford of Europe, Haden Young (BICC), Hoechst Roussel and Kraft Jacob Suchard. She has worked across Europe, America and Asia.

Laura has extensive experience in coaching and facilitating senior leaders and leadership teams, and has received exceptional feedback on her ability to enable them to accelerate their performance and effectiveness. She achieves this by working alongside them in clarifying vision and building commitment, addressing strategic priorities, developing their ability to think and act more strategically and improving interpersonal and team effectiveness.

Her work has been published in the Journal of Strategic Change, Journal of European Industrial Training and Executive Development. She is also a contributing author to ‘Strategic Management: The Implementation Challenge’, published by John Wiley.
