Mike Roarty photo Mike is a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Executive Coach. Mike has held national strategic responsibility for people development in previous roles. He brings with him leadership, cultural change, and project development experience in the public and voluntary sector. He has held creative and management roles in the Music Business which bring a particular creativity to his work. Mike is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter.

He has been an associate with Ascentia Corporate Coaching since its inception. Ascentia designs, delivers and manages highly effective leadership development programmes using coaching as its base.

Mike currently coaches leaders to achieve higher performance, both for themselves and for their teams. This often involves coaching/facilitating the leader and the team to develop the shared vision, and then define its critical success factors. Mike has considerable experience in coaching away days with a range of organisations in different sectors.
