Sandra Henson photo Sandra is a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Executive Coach. Sandra’s 17 years corporate career spans Agribusiness and Health Care sectors, at Director level, where she managed cross-cultural teams and built regional successes. Sandra subsequently started Ascentia Corporate Coaching, a group that designs, delivers and manages highly effective leadership development programmes using coaching as its base.

As well as coaching and training senior executives for higher performance. Sandra’s coaching work includes helping leaders and senior managers to articulate and demonstrate a shared vision, bring focus and address the pressing challenges they face in leadership. Sandra has had particular success in working with senior teams to define strategy, implement strategic plans and. facilitate team effectiveness.

Sandra has a passion for working with individuals to discover and articulate their Personal Brand to bring congruency and authenticity to their leadership.

She has a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree, (cum lauda), and holds a Diploma in Marketing from the CIM. Sandra is Certified to Strategic Success Modelling status in the Dallas-based Bigby Havis ASSESS Systems psychometric personality instrument. She has featured in national radio and the media including in the Sunday Times.
