
Susan is a highly experienced Professional Executive Coach, who has over 20 years business management experience in the financial services and travel industry. In her corporate career, as Sales Director and Deputy Managing Director for a Private Bank she led the transformation of an investment management team, improving motivation and inspiring people to deliver their best. Subsequently, having held several general management roles she became Head of Group Strategy for a leading travel company. In this latter role she developed Leadership Development Programmes in conjunction with INSEAD.
Susan now specialises in coaching senior executives from a broad range of sectors, to support their development as leaders. She is committed to finding new ways to enable people to fulfil their goals and realise their potential. Susan’s coaching work also includes career transition coaching and as well as coaching high potentials, challenging and supporting them to achieve significant growth and the highest levels of performance.
Susan’s coaching clients include directors, senior executives, and partners in a variety of sectors: including, Banking, FMCG, Retail, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Travel.
Susan also provides a number of coaching tools and processes, including Myers Briggs psychometric profiling and personalised 360 feedback processes. She can incorporate Gestalt and Transpersonal coaching processes when appropriate to support clients achieve their individual and organisational objectives.
